Upgrade Your HemoClip Appliers & Clips Today
The Weck® Hemoclip ligation clip system is being phased out this year and will be replaced by the Weck Horizon ligation clip system. To ensure uninterrupted supply and continued clinical performance, upgrade now to the new Horizon ligation system.
Important: The Hemoclip and Horizon systems are not interchangeable. Hemoclip appliers cannot be used with Horizon clips, and Horizon appliers cannot be used with Hemoclip clips.
Take advantage of our limited-time trade-up program:
- Trade in one or more existing Hemoclip appliers to participate
- Receive one FREE Horizon applier for each Hemoclip applier traded (1-for-1 exchange)
- Purchase one box of Horizon clips for each size of Horizon applier requested (payment due at time of order)
- If trade-in Hemoclip appliers are not received within 60 days, customer will be invoiced for the Horizon appliers ($200 per applier)

How the Hemoclip to Horizon Trade-Up Program Works:
Step 1
Submit Trade-Up Request
Complete the form below to begin your trade-up. For each size of Horizon applier selected, one box of matching Horizon clips must be purchased. Horizon appliers are provided FREE of charge with qualifying clip purchases! The Trade-Up program is only availble to veterinarians in the USA and Canada.
Step 2
Confirm Order & Receive Horizon Appliers & Clips
Our team will review your submission, confirm trade-up details, and provide return shipping instructions for your Hemoclip appliers. Your new Horizon appliers and clips will then be shipped to your clinic.

Return Hemoclip Appliers
After receiving your new Horizon applier and clips, return your existing Hemoclip appliers to RICA Animal Health. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All trade-in Hemoclip appliers must be received within 60 days of form submission to avoid charges.

Terms & Conditions
To participate in the Hemoclip/Horizon Trade-Up Program, customers must purchase one box of Horizon clips for each size of Horizon appliers requested. Horizon appliers are provided at no charge with qualifying clip purchases.
There is no minimum number of Hemoclip appliers required to participate—clinics may trade in one or more appliers. All trade-in Hemoclip appliers must be returned within 60 days of form submission. If the trade-in appliers are not received within this timeframe, the customer’s credit card will be charged for the Horizon appliers provided.
This offer is valid until valid until Dec 31, 2025 and is subject to product availability. The Trade-Up program is only available to veterinarians in the USA and Canada. We reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time.
