RICA Animal Health Return Goods Policy

Authorized returns must be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the order. Instruments must be unused and in the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns over 30 days but before 90 days, a 30% restocking fee on returns over 90 days but before 120 days. No returns will be accepted 120 days after receipt of shipment.
