Our repair shop repairs instruments of all makes and models, as well as rigid and flexible endoscopes. We are unable to repair animal clippers. If you have questions about the eligibility of your products, reach out to us at sales@RICAanimalhealth.com.
You can expect the entire process to take 4 - 6 weeks, including shipping time.
Cost may vary depending on the type of instrument or endoscope.

Yes, we require all instruments be sterilized and sent to us in a sterilized pouch. Non-sterilized instruments may be returned or assessed a sterilization fee.
Our instrument and endoscope repair services are limited to within the U.S. and Canada.
